Advanced Formula Batching
Preparing a concise print out of a formulation that lists the amount of each ingredient to use plus any corresponding information and instructions is easy using Production Wizard™.
Batch Reports - With Production Wizard™, you can prepare a batch output using any units you like. For instance you could use pounds to measure out dry ingredients, grams for stabilizers, and gallons for wet ingredients. If you want to know the amount of each ingredient necessary to make any number of bags, cans, or packages of product, etc., just select that unit and enter the amount. If the unit does not exist in a Production Wizard™ database then create your own or modify an existing unit.

Add/Modify Units - This option allows the user to create new units such as bags, bottles, eggs (small) which can be included in the batch output.

Changing the Batch Size to Use Up All of an Ingredient - This option allows the user to resize the batch amount to use up all of a given quantity of ingredient. Description of how it works.

Changing the Batch Size to Include Chase (Flush) Water Amounts - This feature is used to set the amount of chase (flush) water. The user enters the amount of chase water to be used and the batch size. The ingredient amounts are changed to accommodate the chase water while maintaining composition specifications. Description of how it works.

Using Production Wizard™ for Day to Day Plant Operations - Production Wizard™ can be used to create updated least cost formulations and/or batch sheets based on day to day variations in ingredient composition.
