Explanation: The Formula Development section
is where the administrator builds and configures formulas. Only
those users with certain levels of access to Production Wizard™ can
change formulas, ingredients, and formula configurations. This
protects your formulas and ingredients from accidental, unwanted changes.

ingredients and properties and their constraints for a 12% fat ice cream
