TechWizard™ easily produces a nutrition content sheet or a
complete nutrition label with the required format for a given formulation
including the ingredient declaration statement.
Sub-formulas can be easily created, stored in the ingredient
database, and added to new formulations. Additionally, the serving size of frozen
desserts can be recalculated based on the % overrun.
